To realize this growth and to meet the needs and expectations of our B2B customers, IPCOM is strongly committed to digitalization. The central Marketing & Digital team provides marketing & digital support to the local IPCOM group companies. To strengthen the team, we are currently looking for a:
**MARKETING & DIGITAL SUPPORT**

**Responsibilities**

You support the central marketing & digital team in their daily activities. This includes:

- Uploading content and optimizing layout of websites of the various IPCOM group companies;
- Monitor the quality and reliability of online content by performing standard checks on these websites (content as well as technical properties);
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns through mailings, social media, etc.
- Input of data in the PIM (Product Information Management) database;
- Keeping the product information up-to-date and perform routine checks (e.g. on web shops) to ensure that the online product information is uploaded correctly;
- Undertake administrative tasks (e.g. input translations, maintain spreadsheets, databases,) and small graphic tasks;
- Ad hoc support in various projects.

**Requirements**:

- You combine a bachelor degree, e.g. in marketing support, with a first work experience
- Affinity with digital marketing tools, e.g. social media.
- You are ICT minded; MS Office - and more specific Excel - has no secrets for you
- Experience with CMS systems (e.g. Drupal) is a plus
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Other languages (German or French) is a plus.
- You are a teamplayer with a broad interest in various tasks
- You are highly motivated and love to learn
- Hands-on and proactive approach
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- You are proud of your work and deliver great results.
