**LE TRAVAIL**
- Ton parcours scolaire touche à sa fin ou tu as déjà ton diplôme en poche avec maximum deux années d’expérience professionnelle ? Infrabel offre aux jeunes la possibilité de participer à l’ICT Traineeship, un programme qui te donne l’opportunité de faire tes premiers pas dans le monde de l’entreprise.
- Tu seras engagé.e en CDI pour une fonction spécifique et tu consacreras environ un jour par semaine au Traineeship à partir de septembre 2025.
- En quoi consiste ce Traineeship ? Des workshops, des journées de formation, des Teambuildings, des visites de terrain, des travaux de groupe, des projets concrets et déterminants pour les activités opérationnelles d’Infrabel

Le traineeship constitue une excellente opportunité de découvrir les activités d’Infrabel, ainsi que nos différentes spécialités ICT.

Au moment de postuler, tu as le choix entre cinq domaines de spécialisation différents en IT:

- Networks, Telecoms & Cybersecurity
- Development & Packages
- Infrastructure & Operations
- Data & Data Analytics.
- SAP
- Dans ce domaine, nous recherchons les profils suivants:

**TON PROFIL**
- Tu es titulaire d’un diplôme de Master ou Bachelier avec maximum deux années d’expérience ou tu es en dernière année d’études.
- Tu fais preuve d’une grande capacité d’analyse.
- Tu as un bon esprit d’équipe
- Tu communiques de manière claire et structurée en t’adaptant à des interlocuteurs variés.
- Tu penses « out of the box » et as des idées innovantes.
- Tu conserves ta motivation grâce à un apprentissage continu.
- Tu parles couramment le français ou le néerlandais. Tu maitrises l’autre langue nationale ou tu t’engages à l’améliorer à court terme (des cours de langues sont proposés par notre Infrabel Academy). Tu as en outre une bonne connaissance de l’anglais technique.
