In opdracht van één van onze klanten, een wereldwijde speler met een logistieke site in de Gentse Zeehaven, is Hays Engineering Oost-Vlaanderen op zoek naar een Product Quality Coordinator.
**Jouw takenpakket**
Als Product Quality Coordinator ben je het aanspreekpunt op technisch vlak voor de kwaliteits
- en de technische issues van motorfietsen en power equipment. Je behandelt alle vragen omtrent modificaties en herstellingen en vergaart en analyseert alle data die hierrond binnenkomt om zo tegenmaatregelen op te stellen. Je staat in voor het analyseren van de problemen, geeft technisch advies en stelt de nodige oplossingen en aanpassingen voor. Je bepaalt welke acties moeten ondernomen worden en voorziet de techniekers van de nodige werkinstructies. Je ondersteunt hen op technisch vlak waar nodig. Daarnaast voer je de nodige proces
- en kwaliteitsaudits uit en rapporteer je de vaststellingen aan de betrokken partijen. In deze job stuur je op projectniveau en taakgericht een team aan. Daarnaast heb je ook veel contacten, zowel met je collega’s intern als met collega’s van andere fabrieken.
**Jouw profiel**
Voor de job van Product Quality Coordinator kom je in aanmerking wanneer je over een technisch bachelordiploma beschikt (bv elektromechanica, autotechnieken, ). Bij voorkeur kan je relevante werkervaring voorleggen. Een extra troef is wanneer dit binnen de automotive of een aanverwante sector is. Je bent een analytisch persoon die graag zelfstandig en projectmatig werkt. Een passie voor motorfietsen en power equipment en hoe deze in elkaar zitten, is een grote plus. Je bent een communicatief persoon die graag zijn/haar technische kennis deelt. Naast het Nederlands kan je ook vlot communiceren in het Engels.
