**Profil**
As an Outbound Assistant, you facilitate and streamline the logístical operations of a business by managing the issuance of shipment documents and overseeing the entire process until delivery to the customer. By meticulously tracking each step of the outbound logistics chain, you ensure smooth operations and timely delivery, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the efficiency of the logístical workflow.
- **Physical Inventory Counts**:
Execute comprehensive and accurate physical inventory counts in alignment with the inventory plan, ensuring a true reflection of our stock levels.
- **SAP Regularizations**:
Conduct SAP regularizations based on the comparison between SAP records and physical stock levels. This crucial task helps maintain the integrity and accuracy of our inventory data.
- **Materials Reception**:
Manage the reception of materials, ensuring seamless integration into the system. This includes accurate recording and documentation of received items.
- **Inbound Logistics**:
Coordinate the inbound logistics process, receiving trucks and drivers promptly and efficiently.
- **Driver and Truck Management**:
Receive trucks and drivers, oversee their arrival and departure schedules, and manage the necessary documentation for a smooth operational flow.
- **Driver Document Management**:
Ensure all required documents from drivers are accurately processed and maintained, contributing to compliance and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications requises**
- **One year of hands-on experience in logistics** or comparable roles within industrial companies.
- Intermediate proficiency in **English**, facilitating effective communication in diverse work environments.
- Basic proficiency in **MS Office**, providing a foundation for essential administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated organizational aptitude for effective task and responsibility management.
- Critical thinking skills applicable to navigating complex logistics scenarios.
- Quick adaptability and a keen aptitude for continuous learning in dynamic work environments.
- Comfort and proficiency in handling situations characterized by uncertainty or change.
