Lybover BULK is actief in het bouwen van installaties voor het verhandelen en stockeren van bulkmaterialen in diverse industrietakken. De 40 medewerkers leveren kwalitatief maatwerk en staan garant voor tevreden klanten. Om de continue groei te ondersteunen zoeken we versterking in de engineering afdeling.
Jouw job
Samen met je collega’s ben je als Technical Designer verantwoordelijk voor het uittekenen van concepten in 3D die deel uitmaken van kleine tot middelgrote mechanische systemen volgens de methodologie van de afdeling.
- Je maakt technische CAD-CAM 2D tekeningen waarbij je start van deze conceptuele 3D designs.
- Je doet aanpassingen voor de verschillende projecten en ontwerpt en detailleert kleine deelsystemen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat je ontwerp
- en uitvoeringsplannen voldoen aan de normen en/of klanteneisen.
- Je doorloopt projecten vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de As-Built fase.
- Daarnaast zorg je voor een nauwgezette administratieve opvolging (ERP-systeem). Je zet artikels en assemblages juist en zorgt voor de correcte bestellingen van de onderdelen.
- Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om je uitgewerkte projecten vlot in productie te kunnen laten gaan door het samenstellen van duidelijke productiedossiers (stuklijsten, zaaglijsten, materialen,).
- Je denkt mee over mogelijke technische oplossingen voor klanten.
- Occasioneel ga je op de werf opmetingen gaan doen.
- Voor de uitvoering van jouw functie werk je hoofdzakelijk met het programma Inventor en Autocad en dit in een een Vault omgeving.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de project ingenieur en/of project manager en communiceert en overlegt op regelmatige basis met het project team.
- Je stelt verbeteringen voor en werkt mee aan de standaardisatie van de ontwerpafdeling.
- Je rapporteert aan de Head Of Projects.

Jouw profiel
- Je genoot minimum een opleiding bachelor in een technisch domein en hebt een passie voor techniek.
- Je hebt ruimtelijk inzicht.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 jaar ervaring in 3D ontwerp van industriële mechanische systemen.
- Je hebt ervaring met 3D-tekensoftware zoals Inventor en Autocad of een gelijkaardig tekenprogramma.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en kan je voldoende uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
- Kennis van Vault is een pluspunt.
- Je bent leergierig met een groot doorzettingsvermogen.
- Je werkt even graag autonoom als in team en bent flexibel ingesteld.
- Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en de dagdagelijkse programma’s.
- Je bent zeer gestructureerd en je hebt oog voor detail.
