Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.
The Outbound Logistics department of Audi Brussels takes care of the shipment of finished cars by truck, train or ship to their destination. We are responsible for the management of the internal and external car parks of Audi Brussels and take care of the shipment of the cars. In order to ensure optimal shipments, daily coordination with production, quality and logistics takes place. In addition, in collaboration with the Audi group, we work on optimisations, innovations and standardisations within the Audi Outbound family.
**Function**:
- You are responsible for the data processing and visualization of the operational KPIs of the Outbound department.
- You are responsible for the contracts of external service providers and their settlement.
- You will analyse the performance of external service providers and discuss with them the points of improvement on a weekly/monthly basis.
- You are responsible for the weekly forecast of shippable vehicles. In case of problems or changes in planning, you analyse the consequences and take action.
- You propose improvements to the general operation of the department and the dispatch of vehicles.
- You are responsible for the planning and execution of projects.
- You develop business cases, coordinate the implementation and communicate with the management during the different phases of the project.
**Profile**:
- You have a technical master degree or equivalent by experience and ideally have 3 to 5 years experience in a production environment.
- You have experience in project management and are able to analyse and solve problems efficiently.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) and have a basic knowledge of data analysis and BO reporting. Knowledge of logistics software is an added value.
- You are autonomous, flexible, actively seeking creative solutions, analytical and stress resistant.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and German.
