**Fonction**:
En tant que training coördinator - elearning vous faites partie de la Training team du groupe et vous analysez tous les besoins en formation au niveau des magasins. Vous veillez à une approche et réalisation structurée et organisée des formations digitales (sales training & autres compétences, connaissance des produits et procédures), ceci afin de permettre aux collaborateurs de progresser dans leur fonction ou d’évoluer vers une autre fonction. Au sein de l'équipe de formation, vous êtes l’unique responsable de la gestion du LMS et vous veillez à ce que les méthodes de formation les plus innovantes et efficaces soient utilisées dans le développement des modules digitales et que les programmes de formation existants soient traduits en modules e-learning.

**Activité principale 1 : DEVELOPPEMENT DU E-LEARNING**

Tâches:

- Par module d'apprentissage spécifique, déterminer la méthode de formation la plus innovante et appropriée, en concertation avec les stakeholders internes et / ou externes: film pédagogique, capture d'écran, module e-learning (interactif) et/ou quiz,...
- Conseiller et informer les stakeholders dans la création du matériel pédagogique le plus approprié pour le traitement des modules e-learning.
- Distinguer le principal et l’occurence des structures d'information pédagogique.
- Convertir l’information pédagogique (obtenue via des fournisseurs externes ou de sources internes) en modules e-learning via Articulate Storyline et du matériel digital (vidéo, images).
- Déterminer et gérer les priorités sur le plan du e-learning en concertation avec les différents services et informer les stakeholders internes et externes sur l’état des lieux
- Assurer la mise à jour du trajet e-learning et la communication aux magasins

**Activité principale 2 : GESTION DU LMS (Learning Management System)**

Tâches:

- Développer un programme de suivi par employé en fonction des besoins spécifiques l’installer et le tenir à jour sur le LMS
- Télécharger et établir des modules e-learning et d’autres matériels éducatifs sur le LMS
- Créer des groupes et gérer les user
- Rédiger les rapports

**Profil**:

- Expérience dans le même type de fonction
- Entre 2 à 5 ans d'expérience
- Indépendant(e) - Autonome
- Organisé(e) - structuré(e)
- Expérience avec les outils suivants (souhaité) : Absorb LMS / Articulate Storyline / Videoscribe / Handbrake/ Inkscape / Photoshop / Audacity (ou similaire)
- Team player

Très bonne connaissance du FR et connaissance correct du NL
