un(e) Data Steward junior (poste basé à Bruxelles Gare du Nord).
Le Système d’information (SI) de notre client a été profondément transformé ou va l’être avec le passage progressif des systèmes ERP sous une nouvelle technologie SAP (S4 Hana).
Les équipes de Data Steward ont principalement en charge de maintenir les données de base des ERP (master datas), d’assister les utilisateurs, participer aux clôtures comptables FI/CO et de contribuer aux chantiers de migrations futures.
MISSION:
Vous serez intégré(e) dans une équipe de 5 personnes dont les missions principales sont les suivantes:
- Traiter quotidiennement les demandes de créations / modifications des master datas FI / CO
- Maintenir les paramétrages des différents ERP;
- Faire remonter, résoudre ou suivre la résolution de tous les incidents ouverts par les utilisateurs
(équipes comptables et de contrôleurs de gestion) en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT.
- Répondre aux demandes d’assistance des utilisateurs;
- Participer aux opérations de clôtures comptables et de gestion (module FI/CO) dans le respect du calendrier intégré;
- Préparer et participer aux réunions post-clôture pour faire remonter de manière synthétique les problèmes rencontrés et proposer des axes d’améliorations avec les plans d’actions associés
- Mettre à jour les procédures de traitement des données;
- Participer aux chantiers d’amélioration continue et de performance.
COMPETENCES CLES:
- En fonction des profils, avec une formation allant de bac + 2 à bac + 5 dans le domaine
financier ou des systèmes d’informations ;
- Débutant ou avec 2 ans à 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle.
Sur la partie technique:
- Vous connaissez l’ERP SAP (module FI/CO a mínima);
- Vous maitrisez les outils de bureautique ( Office 365 - Excel, Power Point,)
;
Sur le plan relationnel:
- Vous disposez d’un esprit de synthèse et vous êtes force de proposition ;
- Vous communiquez de manière claire, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral ;
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et vous faites preuve de bonnes qualités d’écoute
- Vous êtres rigoureux et organisé
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative ( le néerlandais est un plus )
- La réussite dans ces missions vous ouvrira des opportunités d’évolutions au sein du groupe;
notamment dans les équipes de maîtrise d’ouvrage des SI.
