Belgocatering by CIRFOOD is een belangrijke Italiaanse groep gespecialiseerd in de cateringindustrie. Onze internationale vestigingen bevinden zich in Italië, Nederland en België.

Als Hospitality Manager bent u één van de ambassadeurs van Belgocatering by CIRFOOD, staat u garant voor ons merkimago en werkt u mee aan de ontwikkeling van ons bedrijf. Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die een nieuwe stap wil zetten in zijn/haar carrière als voor één van onze operationele sites in Brussel.

U bent verantwoordelijk met uw team voor de kwaliteit van het aanbod, de uitwerking en de voorbereiding van de menu's die binnen uw exploitatievestiging geserveerd worden voor een totaal van 450 maaltijden per dag in de zelfbediening, het banket en het managementrestaurant.

**Functieomschrijving**:

- U werkt samen met uw ploeg en rapporteert rechtsreeks aan de Belgocatering Operations Manager.
- U bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de keuken en voor de kwaliteit van de prestatie.
- U staat steeds in contact met meerdere gesprekspartners en zorgt voor de toepassing van onze contractuele verplichtingen.
- U analyseert en identificeert de noden van de site, u houdt rekening met de noden en de verwachtingen van de klanten.
- U stelt de nodige actieplannen op om de operationele, financiële en kwalitatieve doelstellingen te bereiken.
- U werkt de menu's uit voor de verschillende afdelingen van de site (Selfservice, directierestaurant, banketten, evenementen...).
- U werkt de technische fiches uit.
- U berekent de voedingskosten en de personeelskosten van de aanbiedingen en de menu's om een goede ontwikkeling van uw afdeling te garanderen.
- U schat de behoeften in om de goede voortgang van de service van uw uitbating te garanderen met inachtneming van de rentabiliteitsdoelstellingen.
- U volgt de leveranciers op, u controleert de conformiteit en de kwaliteit van de bestelde goederen alsook de juistheid van de facturen, u organiseert de bevoorrading en de dagelijkse verdeling van de bestellingen in uw afdelingen, met de interne regels en procedures inzake beheer.
- U respecteert de voorschriften inzake voeding, voedselbalans en hygiëne (HACCP).
- U neemt deel aan het opstellen, voorbereiden en uitwerken van menu’s in de keuken.
- U neemt deel aan de bediening om het goede verloop hiervan te garanderen.
- U ziet toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsnormen en het welzijn van de werknemers op de werkplek.
- U neemt deel aan de aanwerving van de werknemers; u zorgt voor een correcte opleiding en integratie van de werknemers.
- U geeft uw kennis door en neemt deel aan de ontwikkeling van de vaardigheden van uw teams.
- U beheert uw keukenteam van x medewerkers, u zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering van het werk.
- U staat garant voor de goede werking van de hele keuken.
- U beheert de financiële kant van de site en hebt een visie op korte, middellange en lange termijn
- U zorgt voor het commerciële beheer en draagt bij tot de commerciële ontwikkeling van het contract

**Profiel**:

- U hebt een sterk en erkend culinair talent.
- U hebt een eerste ervaring als Chef de Cuisine of Executive Chef of Chef Gérant.
- U bent kwaliteitsgericht; klanttevredenheid is voor u een echte prioriteit.
- U bent een uitstekende manager, georganiseerd, gestructureerd en kosten georiënteerd.
- U bent een welwillende leider met een natuurlijk gevoel voor leiderschap, u bent een bevestigd people manager die zijn teams graag vooruithelpt in het absolute respect voor de ander.
- U bent resultaatgericht.
- Goede tweetaligheid NL en FR met een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Goede beheersing van computertools (Excel, Office 365,..).
- Afgestudeerd aan een hotelschool of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
