Binnen het Data & Analytics team werk je als Application Analyst voor de projecten en ondersteuning van de HR Directie van de NMBS.
- Je brengt de behoeften van NMBS op vlak van de rapporten en dashboards waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent in kaart en documenteert ze.
- Je analyseert de AS IS rapportering en vertaalt deze naar de toekomstige Solution Architecture.
- Je werkt mee aan de migratieplanning van de AS IS omgeving naar de TO BE architectuur en je bent daarbij de SPOC tussen Business en IT
- Je hebt regelmatig contact met diverse departementen en hun directeuren.
- Je hebt een meer dan behoorlijke kennis over Business processen in de brede zin van het woord, kan transversaal meedenken over alle Directies en Business domeinen heen, je kan je gemakkelijk verdiepen in processen waarmee je vandaag nog niet bekend bent en je kan een helikopter overzicht behouden om End-To-End oplossingen uit te denken.
- Je vertaalt deze behoeften naar concrete functionele specificaties voor specifieke rapporteringsdoeleinden.
- Je levert input en geeft voorstellen i.v.m. rapporteringstechnieken aan de business, door middel van mock-ups, POC’s en best practices
- Je valideert de rapporten en dashboards, die ontwikkeld worden door een interne of externe ontwikkelaar.
- Je documenteert de oplossingen en houdt deze documentatie up-to-date.
- Je stemt regelmatig af met gebruikers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders om de nodige roadmaps (verbeteringen, bugs, incidenten) te kunnen opstellen en beheren.
- Als expert van de applicatie(s), rapporten en dashboards die jij beheert, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en business stakeholders.
- Je waakt op elk moment over de samenhang met bestaande business en solution architectuur en overlegt indien nodig met de Enterprise, System en Solution Architecten.
- Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van testscenario’s, aan functionele testen en data cleaning.
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie (Application Owner, Functional Analyst,)
- Kennis van en ervaring met Agile Scrum, Kanban
- Grondige kennis van -, en aangetoonde ervaring met (rapporterings)tools Microsoft PowerBi, SAP BW, SAP BW4/H, SAC, Webi, BO, AFO.
- Goede kennis en begrip van de Azure Enterprise BI Solution Architecture, Products en Services.
- Kennis van diverse analysetechnieken (use cases, opstellen van scenario's,...)
- Ervaring met het opstellen van migratie plannen en methodes
- Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven
- Goede communicatievaardigheden
- Methodisch, nauwkeurig en zin voor detail
- Proactief ingesteld, sterk probleemoplossend en praktijkgericht, georganiseerd
