**Job Description**:
For our office in Grace-Hollogne (Liège), Belgium, we are looking for:
**QA/QC Coordinator **(M/F/D)

The QA/QC Coordinator develops, implements and drives a product(ion) quality system in order to provide top class quality products. The QA/QC Coordinator ensures high level of Customer satisfaction and promotes continuous improvement within the Quality culture.

This position reports to QHSE Manager.

**Key Tasks**

The QA/QC Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of RRSL production quality assurance and quality control system.

This Q-process/system should be in compliance with the Rolls-Royce Power Systems regulation and Quality standards.

The QA/QC Coordinator has the following responsibilities:

- Organize, optimize and supervise the quality controls in the production.
- Ensure adequate action (both corrective and preventive) on non-conform products.
- Drive the continuous improvement process and lead quality projects including key problems resolution
- Reporting the Q-Activity based on the defined method and schedule.
- Assist the production QA/QC team in conducting Good Practice Trainings
- Perform in-process inspections : identifying defects, conducting in-house testing, in-house Quality Assessment.
- Maintain and control QA/QC good practices with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures.
- Follow material specification and assembly methods as instructed by manufacturing engineering and the product development.
- Maintain and support the ISO9001 system and DCC, Production Quality Archive.
- Maintain and report the progress on the internal Q-Audit program.
- Maintain the equipment calibration process / system.

**Qualifications**
- Industrial Engineer or Degree in a related field with very good knowledge of electricity & mechanics or similar by experience.
- 5-8 years experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of ISO9000.
- Internal auditing experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
- Strong planning and organizing ability
- Influencing and leading skills
- Excellent team player
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent technical skills
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
