**As a Data Entry Specialist, you will join and support the Quality team located in Antwerp.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records
- Create internal and external quality reports for clients with data out of our ERP systems.
- Control client specification data in ERP systems, reviewing for deficiencies or errors and correcting any inconsistencies
- Follow-up of specific quality related customer questions
- Assist in other quality related administrative tasks (e.g. data entering, preparing quality trainings, translate documents)
- Follow up of quality finance by processing invoices (PO creation/reception)
- Ensuring data security and confidentiality by following appropriate protocols

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree, preferably in a technical field, agriculture, agronomy, food science, chemistry or related discipline
- Interest in quality management
- Strong communication skills, both for internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using databases
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Fluent in Dutch, both speaking and writing. French or English is a plus
- Affinity with ERP systems such as JDE and MaPPS
