Room Attendant

For **Corsendonk Duinse Polders** in **Blankenberge**, we are currently looking for a motivated **room attendant (PT/FT)**

**Tasks?**
- You will provide impeccable service to all our guests and be the first point of contact for questions.
- Supervising the mise en place of the room, the tables, the supplies, etc.
- Organising work in the restaurant and planning the activities of restaurant staff on the basis of reservations: drawing up timetables, dividing tasks, providing guidelines and carrying out the necessary administration.
- You ensure order, tidiness and safety.
- You pass on orders that are out of stock in good time.

**Job-related competencies**
- Serving dishes in the room
- Clearing the tables
- Cleaning the restaurant room
- Greeting the customer on arrival at the restaurant, allocating a table and presenting the menu
- Advising customers on their choice of dishes according to their taste and the suggestion of the day
- Taking the order
- Performing mise en place in the dining room and pantry
- Preparing the tables for the service
