For its Distribution Department based in the European Head office, (Belgium-Oudenaarde), Samsonite is currently looking for a result-driven:
**D2C ADMINISTRATOR**

As a dynamic member of the distribution team in a multinational environment, you will be mainly responsible for the back-office support for Ecommerce. You will report to the supervisor Back Office D2C.
- Give back-office support for Ecommerce orders in close cooperation with front office and Ecommerce team
- Control and understand the complete process flow for parcel deliveries: order, inventory, shipment, last-mile delivery
- Be responsible for the order entry & follow-up:

- Direct-to-Consumer orders: parcel shipments
- Personalization orders (value added services, manual or integrated)
- Give logistic and operational support related to larger online actions (Sales periods, Black Friday, Easter, X-mas, etc.)
- Process social media postings related to Ecommerce and D2C orders

**Applicants should ideally**:

- Have knowledge of SAP and/or SalesForce service cloud.
- Continuously pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be proficient in English.
- Be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Be pro-active and show problem-solving skills.
- Show the ability to perform well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Be flexible.
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
