We are looking for C# /.Net Application Architect to work on-site in Brussels office for European Union.
**Qualifications**
- Very good knowledge and practice of service-oriented REST web services architecture.
- Good knowledge and practice of Oracle PL/SQL.
- Good knowledge of integrating and consuming cloud services, especially from AWS.
- Experience with DevOps practices and development in a collaborative environment using GitLab.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint, JIRA, ServiceNow, Outlook.
- Very good analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Very good ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Very good team player, able to work as team member but with an adequate degree of autonomy.
- Good technical and business self-starting capability.
- Good knowledge of the standard technology stack and building blocks of the Commission.
- Good knowledge and practice in needs and requirements collection using user stories and use cases.
- Good knowledge of the Commission’s IT procedures, administrative procedures, financial procedures.
- Ability to give technical presentations.
**Specific expertise**:
- at least 5 years of specific expertise in C# development using modern.NET Framework
- at least 3 years of specific expertise in REST APIs development
- at least 2 years of experience in Blazor (or similar technologies) development
- at least 5 years of specific expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development
Expertise in reporting tools such as Oracle report will be considered an asset.**
