Fastback is een Belgische softwareontwikkelaar en tevens het nieuwste lid van de EAG Groep (die samen met Carvago een revolutie teweegbracht in de online automarkt).
Sinds 2013 bieden wij efficiënte en kosteneffectieve oplossingen voor autodealers en handelaars binnen Europa, om hun activiteiten omtrent inruil, verkoop en voorraadbeheer van tweedehandsvoertuigen te professionaliseren
We zijn op zoek naar een **Sales Support**
**Functieomschrijving**:
Sales support assisteert de verkoopafdeling bij het opstellen van nieuwe contracten en het opvolgen van verlengingen. Hij/zij is een drijvende kracht achter alle prospectie-initiatieven in de Benelux. Hij/zij helpt de klantentevredenheid te verbeteren door opleidingsmateriaal te creëren.
Hoofdtaken:
**1. Verkoopadministratie**
Plannen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van offertes/projecten aanvaard via Team Leader
Optimaliseren van het gebruik van Team Leader
Analyseren van de verkoop per product en consultant (new business en lost business)
Dashboards maken en analyseren
Kansen voor klanten beheren
**2. Klantrelaties en klanttevredenheid**
Callcenteracties coördineren
Met de hulp van een extern callcenter prospectiecampagnes opzetten in de Benelux-landen
Klanten opvolgen en terugwinnen
De kwaliteit van de dienstverlening aan klanten meten
**3. Ondersteuning van netwerktrainingen**
Opzetten en produceren van online trainingsmateriaal voor klanten: FAQ's, tutorials, gebruikershandleidingen, webinars, enz. in samenwerking met de Communications & Marketing Manager
**Vereiste vaardigheden**:
Commerciële training
Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in verkoopadministratie
Kennis van de automobielsector is een pluspunt
Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
Vermogen om te analyseren en samen te vatten
Goede beheersing van kantoorautomatisering en CRM tools
Creativiteit en initiatief
Kennis van het Nederlands is essentieel
Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
