**YOUR TASKS**

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- You hold a a thesis-based doctorate.
- You hold a PhD in (social) health sciences.
- You have experience conducting RCTs (Randomized Controlled Trials).
- You have experience supervising post-doc researchers, PhD students, and master's theses.
- You have experience in palliative care research, preferably in projects with early integration of palliative care.
- You have experience with fundraising.
- You speak and write fluently in English and Dutch (this is to guide the hospitals).
- Preferably, you have more than 10 years of research experience.

**WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU**
- We offer you a contract of indefinite duration.
- Your remuneration will be determined by salary scale WM1 to WM4 (if you hold a Master’s degree) or salary scale PD1 to PD4 (if you hold a doctorate). Click here for more information about our salary scales.
