**Your role**
The assignments are diverse within the domain of (traditional, hybrid and agile) Project, Program and Portfolio Management:
- ** Senior Consultant**: Your role involves assisting clients in organizing their projects and portfolios, listening to their needs, providing advice, and optimizing processes. You'll leverage your expertise to offer tailored solutions that meet their objectives. You support clients in setting clear priorities within their project portfolios or programs. By aligning projects with strategic goals, you help optimize resource allocation and enhance project outcomes. As the lead 'point of contact' for customers, you function as the primary consultant overseeing project delivery. Your responsibility is to ensure the timely and successful implementation of solutions according to customer requirements.
- **Key-Account Management**: In addition to your consulting activities, you take on key-account management responsibilities. This involves nurturing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and driving customer success.

Language Skills**: You are fluent in both Dutch and English, with a professional knowledge of French as a strong plus. This language proficiency allows you to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders across different regions and language backgrounds.
- ** Consulting Experience**: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant, indicating a strong foundation in providing advisory services to clients. Your experience equips you with the insights and skills necessary to address various challenges in project, program, and portfolio management.
- ** Project Management Expertise**: You possess in-depth knowledge of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management methodologies. Ideally, you have experience working in hybrid and agile environments, demonstrating adaptability to different project management approaches based on client needs.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: You have a proven ability to communicate effectively, present ideas persuasively, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level personnel. This skill is crucial for building rapport with clients and gaining their trust.
- ** Account Management**: You are both capable of and motivated by taking on Account Management responsibilities. Serving as the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients, you leverage your attention to detail and insight to identify opportunities and address their needs effectively.
