**IT Functional Analyst**
**Your future job**
- Acquire precise and relevant understanding of business requirements and projects to translate them into solution designs, features, and user stories.
- Liaise with different teams, both internal and external, in order to design 360° solutions and enable optimal integration of services and features.
- Analyse impact and design possible solutions based on requirements
- Be creative in your approach to present alternatives and potential issues, risks or blocking points
- Write documents and provide reports on your actions and results
- Collaborate with the Test Coordinator when providing your analyses and describe test scenarios.
- Act as a key player to ensure the liaison between the IT department and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to the constant quality, stability, security, and performance improvement of provided services.
- Ensure clear briefings and data modelling to guarantee efficient projects
**Who are you?**
You have had several experiences as **Analyst** (Business, Functional or Technical) and you feel **comfortable working with technical teams**. You are curious and always happy to learn about new concepts no matter how technical they might be or specific to one sector.
Your aim is to **improve the overall process whilst increasing the quality of the products, the results and the communication** between the various people involved. Given this position between business and technical teams, your **communication skills need to be top-notch**. You are **assertive** and **structured** whilst also able to **remain diplomatic and human**.
**Some of your talents**
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience as a functional, business or technical analyst.
- You know about analysis methodologies.
- Rigorous and methodical are 2 of your main qualities.
- You have strong communication and collaborative skills.
- You are extremely result-oriented, always striving for maximal consumer value as early as possible.
- Notions in project management methodologies
- You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English.
