**What are your main tasks?**:
- Customer administration and order handling process.
- Processing quotes, sales orders and sample requests for the sales managers.
- Reporting to the Sales Support/Customer Service Manager.
**Who are you?**:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or equal in experience.
- Verbal and writing skills in Dutch, English and German.
- Computer literate (preferably experience with an ERP system).
- Pro-active and driven.
