Accent is een uitzend selectiebedrijf dat de flexibiliteit van een uitzendbureau combineert met de kwaliteit van een selectiebedrijf. Er worden enkel jobs aangeboden die uitzicht bieden op een vast contract. Dit wordt mogelijk gemaakt door de 700 gepassioneerde medewerkers die elke dag meer dan 12.000 mensen aan een job helpen. Met 230 kantoren heeft Accent het grootste kantorennetwerk van België.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Voor de vacature van Assistant Store Manager met een vast contract zal je volgende taken uitvoeren:
- Je bent de rechterhand van de Filiaalmanager en werkt samen in een team van 4 à 5 assistenten
- Als Assistant Store Manager dien je alle taken te kennen en kunnen binnen jouw winkel
- Je dient de Filiaalmanager te vervangen waar en indien nodig, dit schrikt jou niet af
- Je kan perfect de winkel openen en sluiten
- Je volgt de voorraad op en plaatst bestellingen
- Je bent klantvriendelijk en klanten kunnen met hun problemen en bezorgdheden bij jou terecht
- Jouw team kan op elk moment bij jou terecht, je bent dus een echte people manager
- Je staat in rechtstreeks contact met het distributiecentrum om bijvoorbeeld extra bestellingen te plaatsen of de distributie te vervroegen/verlaten indien dat nodig zou zijn
- 90% van de tijd staat de Assistant Store Manager in de winkel, slechts 10% is bureauwerk
- Het schrikt je niet af om fysiek zwaar werk te verrichten. Een doos van 15 kg tillen? Easy peasy
- Daarnaast help je de medewerkers ook bij het uitvoeren van hun dagdagelijkse taken waaronder het aanvullen van de winkelrekken.
- Je bewaart de orde en netheid van het winkelpunt en je voelt je niet te goed om zelf ook mee de handen uit de mouwen te steken
**Functie-eisen**
Voor de vacature van Assistant Store Manager met een vast contract kan je je vinden in volgend profiel:
- Je beschikt over een eerste leidinggevende ervaring
- Je bent gebeten door retail en klaar om onze vestiging mee naar een hoger niveau te helpen
- Je bent heel dynamisch en werkt graag aan een hoog tempo. Je bent een persoon met pit
- Je bent stressbestendig en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit
- Je bent in staat om de commerciële cijfers van jouw winkelpunt te analyseren en de nodige acties (binnen een bepaald kader) op poten te zetten
- Je bent flexibel en dit zowel op het vlak van werkuren als qua plaats tewerkstelling
