Op zoek naar een uitdagende functie waarin je een actieve rol kunt spelen in het optimaliseren en beheren van technische processen voor onze sites in Oudenaarde & Evergem? Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde Technical Manager om ons team te versterken
Als Technical Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende zaken:
- Je zorgt voor een optimaal onderhoud van de installaties volgens het opex jaarbudget.
- Je voert projecten uit volgens het capex plan en bent verantwoordelijk voor nieuwe constructie
- en aanpassingsprojecten.
- Je treedt op als technisch expert voor vragen uit Operations en R&D.
- Je monitort het energieverbruik en ontwikkelt energie-reductieprojecten.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle projecten voldoen aan de vereisten op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de teams in de sites van Oudenaarde en Evergem, inclusief interne technici en externe aannemers. Daarnaast zorg je ook voor een goede communicatie tussen de teams.
- Je optimaliseert de efficiëntie, kosten, reserveonderdelen en middelen.
- Je streeft naar een open communicatiecultuur en bevordert kennisdeling tussen de engineering
- en onderhoudsafdelingen.
**Profiel**:
- Master in Engineering (Elektromechanica of Chemie).
- Minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring, waarvan 5 jaar in een leidinggevende rol, bij voorkeur in de chemische procesindustrie.
- Diepgaande technische kennis wordt vereist, ervaring met ATEX-omgevingen, projectuivoering en -opvolging is een grote troef.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
- Sterke People Manager met empathische vaardigheden, uitstekende communicatie
- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een kritisch en conceptuele denker.
- Organisatorische vaardigheden.
