As a Logistics Team Leader, you and your team ensure on-time and correct delivery of the mobile filters, filled with activated carbon, to our customers via our own transport or external transport companies. In doing so, you take on the following tasks and responsibilities:

- You are responsible for providing a perfect service to our customers in terms of deliveries of our products and returns of filters and waste carbon.
- With a hands on mentality you manage a team of logistics planners to achieve this perfect service and you try to do this as efficiently as possible. Good cooperation with other departments and external parties is also essential for this
- You support the logistics team in dealing with internal and external complaints and take over according to the severity.
- You organise internal and external training for yourself and the logistics team in order to master current and future challenges.
- You take care of solving any operational problems in consultation with our logistic partners and your colleagues, and you always ensure the necessary assurance by adjusting our processes.
- Together with your team you get the most out of our logistics partners, for example by setting up a statistical complaints follow-up and a clear communication structure about this with transporters.
- You set up a framework to find and assess new logistics partners and conduct price negotiations.
- You are responsible for the follow-up and optimisation of the planning, administrative processes and communication to internal and external customers.- You play a key role in the analysis and implementation of logistic processes in our new ERP
- You work on the continuous improvement of existing methods, systems and procedures to ensure efficient logistic processes

**Profile**:

- You have at least 3 years of experience as a manager in a logistics or planning function
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience in logistics or planning
- You are hands-on, look for concrete solutions and work proactively
- You are driven, analytical and can communicate clearly and set priorities
- You have an affinity with ERP/WMS systems and can maintain a helicopter view
- You are a people manager and can get the maximum out of your team by motivating, managing, evaluating and steering your employees
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and English, German is a plus. You like to use these languages within the professional context
