We are looking for a Coördinator Workshop in Zeebrugge

**YOUR CHALLENGES**

Leading the workshop activities on a daily basis is your main responsibility. You do this by monitoring returns and maintaining an overview.

So what exactly will you be doing?
- You are committed people manager who knows how to steer, coach and inspire a team of mechanics like no other
- Carrying out quality checks and monitoring of the work and products in order to guarantee a high-quality delivery to the customer and to safeguard the good reputation of the organization
- Maintaining daily contacts with other departments and your manager to ensure correct administrative follow-up.
- Your technical experience contributes to problem-solving in order to ensure that repairs & new requests are carried out correctly
- You work in a day system from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- You report to the Workshop Supervisor
- Continuously look for improvements in processes, procedures and work instructions

**YOUR TALENTS**
- Bachelor level of thinking
- Experience in a technical position, experience in refrigeration technology is a plus.
- As a manager, encourage the team to work safely and organize the workplace accordingly
- Achieving results with attention to risks and quality is what you aim for
- Your enthusiasm, dynamism and work ethic are an example for the workplace. Communicate clearly at all levels in Dutch and English
