**About the role**:
Join the Thynk marketing team as an intern and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of digital marketing and content creation.

Your day-to-day will involve crafting engaging content for our LinkedIn account, from images and videos to compelling text posts, managing our online community by responding to comments and sharing relevant content, and assisting in the measurement of our social media impact. You'll also dive into graphic design and video editing, creating fresh templates, visuals, and both long and short-form video content.

This role offers unparalleled learning opportunities, including working alongside our marketing team, participating in meetings, delving into marketing strategies, event management, and mastering website administration.

**‍ As our Marketing Intern at Thynk, you will**:
**Be responsible for Day to day activities**:
Social Media:

- Create content (images, carousels, short-form video, text) for our LinkedIn account
- Manage our community, answer comments, repost relevant content
- Follow the content calendar and propose new ideas
- Help in the reporting of social media performances
- Share content with our team to boost employee advocacy

Graphic Design & Video Editing:

- Create new templates for social media post
- Create visuals and illustrations for our website
- Edit long-form interview-style video
- Create short-form content for LinkedIn

**Have the opportunity to learn**:

**About you**:

- You will be a great fit if you are :_
- Fluent in English, perfect writing and conversational skills (C1 - C2 Level)
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program, specializing in Marketing
- Curious, eager to learn and be part of a fast-paced team
- Have great organizational skills and autonomy
- Have Knowledge of social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn
- Bonus point if you have :_
- Past job experience in a marketing department (ideally community management)
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, Opus Clip, HubSpot
- Experience in the hospitality industry or tech (studies or past work experience)
- Graphic Design Tools - Canva
