Legal Associate

Overview:
As a Legal Associate, you will provide business oriented legal support to TDW in Europe, Africa & Russia.

At first, you'll benefit from the experience of our Senior Legal Counsel and become an effective and trusted business partner to the region.

**Responsibilities**:
In your role, you will:

- Initiate, develop and implement legal and contract programs.
- Manage and minimize legal, contract, and other commercial risks.
- Assist with contract reviews, contract drafting and implementation of commercial best practices.
- Provide legal, contract and commercial advice and services to business partners throughout the region.
- Provide assistance with tender packages.
- Bring a value added viewpoint to the business decision making.
- Deliver contract training.
- Keep abreast on the business development and contract management throughout the region.
- Keep a careful eye on compliance issues.

Qualifications:
This job is for you if you:

- Have a Master in Law in at least one country in Europe.
- Have between 0 to 2 years of legal, contract and commercial experience.
- Are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
