The Chief Sales Officer entails overseeing all sales-related activities including assessing, implementing and reporting on sales strategies that will bring in more revenue and growth into the company. He/she gives directions for all the activities related to sales generation.

**Analysis & Reporting**
- Leading revenue forecasting by analyzing business tactics, performance analysis, pricing and sales strategies, market research and competitor analysis.
- Converting analysis into reports and presentations that can be conveyed to stakeholders along with strategy recommendations.
- Following, investigating and proactively addressing regional market dynamics, developments, and trends.

**Strategy & Planning**

Overseeing the execution and planning of driving revenue growth and sales strategy by using analysis to forecast sales performance, set sales targets, determining the effectiveness of current sales initiatives against key metrics and implement change if necessary.

**Customer advocacy**
- Driving customer acquisition strategy for stow Robotics by providing efficient logistic solutions from initial engagement through project completion.
- Orienting the sales process around the customer’s journey by avoiding complex processes with only the sales rep in mind.

**Relationship & Collaboration**
- Working cross-functionally with other leadership and executive officer team members and (Regional) Directors to foster collaboration, faster revenue growth and higher profitability.
- Maintaining and building positive relationships with potential clients, business partners, (local) authorities, financial institutions, etc. to create awareness and goodwill towards stow Robotics.

**Sales activities**
- Implementing and communicating the company’s Sales guidelines Regionally, consisting of: Market segmentation, Client identification, Revenue analysis, Key account allocation, Target setting, Bonus system, Call & Visit Reports, Pipeline and quotation management.
- Ensuring that each region develops and executes a professional sales plan to reach the topline objectives.
- Ensuring that each region develops and manages a well-functioning sales team to reduce risks, maximize sales revenues and profits and meets the topline objectives.

**Hiring & Retention**
- Active involvement in hiring personnel, and having the responsibility of developing them.
- Acting like a mentor and retaining the best sales talents to reach sales goals for stow Robotics.
