PMO Support

**Mission**

As a **PMO Support** you will report and work together with the Global Head of PMO Capital Projects and will be in the heart of a fast evolving and maturing Project Management Office with the objective of maximizing the delivery of business value through Project Management Excellence and the optimal deployment (and performance) of projects and company project resources (ultimate objective).

The Project Management Office has 3 mission domains:

- CAPEX PPM Prioritization - Gatekeep the initiation (definition, planning) of Capital Projects e.g. via Project Maturity Reviews in opportunity phase.
- Project Control - Support, challenge & supervise the performance of ongoing Capital Projects e.g. via the Monthly Project Reviews in execution phase.
- Change Management (ADEJE project) & Continuous Improvement of the PM methodology on all Capital and ADEJE Pilot Projects (dry-run), with EE projects as a methodology incubator.

Under the mentorship of the Global Head of PMO and the Core ADEJE Team, you will undergo a steep learning curve to be able to assist in supporting, challenging and supervising the ETEX Capital Projects with focus in each of the 3 mission domains.

**Key tasks**:

- In depth analyses and challenging of project performance key parameters (progress, earned value, schedules, budgets, risks et al.) during Monthly PMO Project Reviews (project control) on multiple Capital Projects.
- Hands-on investigating & remediating of selected underperforming projects (PM support).
- Safeguarding and controlling Project Life Cycles of Capital Projects + organizing (+participating in) Gate Reviews, Maturity Meeting Reviews, Monthly Project Reviews
- Organizing PMO meetings, trainings and Alignment Work Shops
- Working closely together with the PMO Project Cost Controller - Process & Reporting tasks
- Supporting the introduction and tool designs on new PM methodologies.
- Supporting (inputs to) Consolidated Governance & Exec. PMO Reporting based on verifiable KPI’s. Learning Project Management Excellence on the job.
- You are ambitious, loyal, smart, eager to learn, hands-on, straight forward outspoken, etc) with excellent diplomatic communication skills in a fast-evolving flat matrix organization, who quickly familiarizes with (new) methodologies, processes and communication lines in order to introduce and safeguard project management excellence on a PMO level
