For our growing business unit in Louvain-La-Neuve, composed of 15 talented and friendly professionals, we are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Hunter to join our workforce.

As a Sales Hunter, and working under the guidance of a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our electronic design house.

You will identify, pursue, and closing new business opportunities in Wallonia and Brussels area. Your strong sales acumen will be instrumental in expanding our client base and strengthening our presence in the market.

**Responsibilities**:
**1.New Business Development**:

- Proactively identify and target potential clients in industries requiring electronic design solutions, such as consumer electronics, automotive, medical devices, and more.
- Research and understand the specific needs and challenges of potential clients to tailor compelling solutions that address their requirements.

**2.Lead Generation**:

- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives and technical needs.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our electronic design services and how they align with the client's goals.

**4.Proposal Creation**:

- Help to prepare customized proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of our services, including technical capabilities, project timelines, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations.

**5.Negotiation and Closing**:

- Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Work closely with your management team to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

**6.Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations for their electronic design needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or in electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics design industry.
- Affinity with technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written). Dutch is an asset.
