Are you passionate about improving operational efficiency and supporting personnel in their day-to-day tasks? We are seeking a talented Functional Analyst to join our team in the public sector and contribute to the development of web interfaces.

**Your role in our team**
As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development team responsible for delivering business demands.
- **Translating Business Needs**: Gather business requirements from operational staff and translate them into UI design, functional, and technical analyses for front and back-end developers.
- **Backlog Definition**: Assist in defining the backlog for the development team based on gathered business requirements.
- **Test Scenario Development**: Develop test scenarios and actively participate in testing of deliverables to ensure quality and functionality.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Liaise with the business stakeholders, functional analysts, developers, and solution architects to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
- **Agile Participation**: Actively participate in an Agile delivery team, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

**How you strengthen our team**
- At least 5 years of experience in ICT
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent cooperation skills
- Experience as member of an agile development/delivery team & Scrum ceremonies
- Deep knowledge as end-user of MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
- Result oriented & teamplayer mindset
- Resistant to stress
- Experience with Xamarin &.net is a Plus
- Experience in the railway sector is a Plus
- You are Fluent in English, fluent in either French or Dutch, excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Part time on site in Brussels is required
