Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
Your four main responsibility as a Account Manager Samsung Experience Stores are:
You build and maintain strong relationships with current customers to maximize the sales figures of the four Samsung Experience Stores:

- You negotiate with the price, terms & conditions
- You negotiate price, terms & Conditions and marketing activities for increase sell in/Sell out
- You collect market & competitors’ information
- You forecast monthly sales and manage the sales data
- You attends events of the company or accounts in order to represent the company, to give product information and to maintain a strong relationship with the accounts.

You create clear sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly) of the sales process, status and forecast for the following period, in order to have full insight in to the sales process. Analyze turnover data, collect recent marketing information, follow up aging and control invoices. Compile an ongoing analysis of our market share in each product group by account.

You work and communicate efficiently with sales team of the division and other departments: credit & collection, order processing, logistic, legal (contract with account), extended sales force, marketing department. Active participation in sales meetings.

You ensure that the sales budget of the division is spent on focused and agreed items according to the guidelines of the company.

- You have a first experience as account manager
- Solution and product knowledge: understanding of solutions and needs
- Customer focus: demonstrates concern for meeting and exceeding needs of customers
- Teamwork: works collaboratively with others to achieve group goals
- Effective engagement & communication: effective time management, account management and communication skills
- Language skills: perfect level of French and English, Dutch is a nice to have
