**Onderneming**:
Het Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel (UZ Brussel) omvat het Erasmusziekenhuis, het Jules Bordet Instituut en het Universitair Kinderziekenhuis Koningin Fabiola (UKZKF). Opgericht in 2021 op initiatief van de Stad Brussel en de Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), biedt dit grote universitaire ziekenhuis zowel kwalitatieve en toegankelijke gezondheidszorg als uitmuntendheid op het gebied van onderwijs en onderzoek. Het UZ Brussel heeft 1.420 ziekenhuisbedden en meer dan 6.000 medewerkers, waaronder 841 voltijdse equivalenten (VTE) artsen en 3.975 VTE niet-medisch personeel. Het UZ Brussel streeft ernaar om al zijn teams een stimulerende en aantrekkelijke werkomgeving te bieden, met mogelijkheden voor opleiding en loopbaanontwikkeling, terwijl de duurzaamheid en financiële levensvatbaarheid worden gewaarborgd.
Het UZ Brussel is diep geworteld in klinisch en translationeel onderzoek, zowel op institutioneel niveau als in internationale onderzoeksnetwerken. Het Clinical Trials Center (CTC) van het UZ Brussel is een gecentraliseerde eenheid voor administratief, operationeel, contractueel en financieel beheer van klinisch en translationeel onderzoek.
**Functie**:
**Algemene functiebeschrijving**:
Zorgen, binnen het kader van de onderzoeksstrategie en het algemeen beleid van het UZ Brussel en de drie ziekenhuizen die er deel van uitmaken (Erasmusziekenhuis, Universitair Kinderziekenhuis, Institut Bordet), onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de administratieve directie Onderzoek en in samenwerking met alle belanghebbenden, voor het operationeel beheer van het dossier met betrekking tot de optimalisatie van de gedeeltelijke vrijstelling van bedrijfsvoorheffing voor onderzoekers (artikel 275/3 en volgende van de Wet op de inkomstenbelasting).
**Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
Het implementeren van monitoring
- en optimalisatietools voor de vrijstelling:
- Verbetering, harmonisatie en implementatie van aangepaste processen binnen de 3 ziekenhuizen en betrokken diensten.
- Identificatie van gegevensbronnen, structurering en verzameling van relevante gegevens (klinische studies, publicaties, onderzoekstarieven, functiebeschrijvingen, proefschriften en scripties, wetenschappelijke presentaties, congressen, etc.).
- Maandelijkse opvolging (personeelsbewegingen, aanstellingen, functiewijzigingen) en jaarlijkse opvolging van de vrijstelling (berekening en implementatie van de tarieven in samenwerking met de HR-afdeling - salarisadministratie).
- Opvolging van de boekhoudkundige verwerking en toewijzing van de vrijstelling.
- Toezicht op de registratie in het Belspo-platform en implementatie van noodzakelijke aanpassingen.
- Voorbereiding en deelname aan eventuele fiscale controles.
- Op de hoogte blijven van wettelijke bepalingen met betrekking tot de vrijstelling en implementatie van relevante aanpassingen.
**Profiel**:
- Masterdiploma in economie/financiën/management.
- Goed begrip en technische kennis van het opzetten en beheren van databases.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Excel.
- Goed vermogen om fiscale bepalingen te begrijpen, beheersen en operationeel te maken.
- Nauwkeurigheid en organisatievermogen, vermogen om te plannen en deadlines te respecteren, en vermogen om interdisciplinair te werken.
