Assurer la méthodologie de test en respectant les engagements de délais, de qualité, de coûts

Mission

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

A partir de la spécification d’essais de série définir les moyens de test, testeurs automatisés, logiciels en relation avec les services conception et validation.
Constituer le cahier des charges des moyens d’essais.
Etablir les notices descriptives, les notices de test, d’utilisation, de maintenance, d’étalonnage et de sécurité électrique.
Assurer la mise en service, les modifications et dépannage des bancs et la formation des opérateurs.
Assurer le pilotage des essais avec les commandes Agate, créer, valider et faire évoluer les programmes et fichiers d’essais.
Valider les moyens et les documents sur les premiers produits fabriqués.

Measurement

Respect des engagements QCD

Passage des Jalons DFQ et Industriels GO et « on time »

Réalisation des activités opérationnelles dans le budget défini.

Formation

Technicien BTS/DUT Electronique-Electrotechnique / ou équivalence

Connaissances générales en électricité électronique de commande et de puissance.

Connaissance des outils VISIO, MMAP, E3s.

Experience

Maîtrise du test des armoires

Maîtrise du test fil à fil automatique

**Expérience professionnelle souhaitée**: 2 ans dans un poste similaire.
