**DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER**

Le **Digital Marketing Officer** travaille à la coordination de projets digitaux et à l’implémentation d’un plan média performant.

**Il est responsable de**:

- l’optimisation des contenus
- de la coordination des actions médias.
- Il/elle rapporte au Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager.

**Les responsabilités du Digital Marketing Officer sont, entre autres**:

- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Digital Marketing & e-commerce Manager à l’implémentation du plan média.
- Vous identifiez en collaboration avec l’équipe CRM, des potentiels clients et des clients en perte de vitesse et vous vous assurez de la mise en place des stratégies adéquates.
- Vous coordonnez les actions marketing afin de générer des résultats sur les sites e-commerce mais également des retombées sur le trafic to store.
- Vous travaillez avec l’agence interne et des agences externes pour atteindre vos objectifs. Vous travaillez étroitement avec les agences externes et vous challengez positivement leurs propositions.
- Vous collaborez à l’allocation des budgets média et vous veillez continuellement à leurs optimisations.
- Vous assurez les délivrables, la qualité des campagnes online et l’implémentation d’un tracking efficace.
- Vous monitorez, optimisez et analysez vos actions
- Vous identifiez la conduite d’A/B testing.
- Vous contribuez à l’élaboration de rapport sur les performances de vos campagnes. Vous suivez l’exécution des KPIs et vous êtes force de proposition avec des recommandations pour de futures améliorations.
- Vous êtes à l’écoute des besoins des clients, des changements du marché et des innovations. En tant que passionné, vous êtes à l’écoute de toutes les nouvelles tendances et nouveaux développements dans le secteur.

**Profil**:

- Vous avez obtenu un Master en Marketing, en Communication ou en management
- Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans en agence ou dans la coordination de campagne digital
- Vous avez une expérience probante en achat média (GDN, SEA, SEO, Facebook paid, display )
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils de reporting tels que Google Analytics ou Adobe Analytics
- Vous êtes passionné par les challenges du marketing digital et du e-commerce.
- Vous êtes multitâches et capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Vous êtes orienté clients et résultats.
- Vous faites preuve de créativité en proposant des actions et des projets innovants en lien avec la stratégie de l’enseigne.
- Vous êtes bilingue français / néerlandais.
