**Description de fonction**
Votre éventail de tâches et responsabilités comprend:
- Réaliser le planning du projet et assigner les tâches aux différentes ressources
- Organiser et coordonner les team meetings
- Organiser les réunions nécessaires avec les autres équipes afin de vous assurer que toutes les parties soient alignées à tout moment
- Gérer les change requests relatives au projet
- Faire le suivi et négocier les budgets
- Rapporter de manière régulière les avancées du projet aux différentes parties prenantes
- Escaler au programme manager les modifications importantes ou les problèmes qui sortent du seuil de tolérance
- Faire le suivi des demandes auprès du fournisseur IT
**Description de profil**
- Vous démontrez d'une grande expérience avec des méthodes de travail itératives au sein de la gestion de projet
- Vous démontrez d'une connaissance approfondie des différentes méthodes de gestion de projet
- Vous démontrez d'une grande expérience de projets IT d'envergure
- Vous démontrez de l’expérience avec le re-engineering des processus busines
- Vous possédez des aptitudes d’organisation, de planification et de priorisation
- Vous avez une vue hélicoptère
- Vous avez de fortes capacités analytiques et êtes orienté solution
- Vous démontrez de fortes capacités de communication interpersonnelle et d’écoute
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en change management
- Vous démontrez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Vous êtes francophone et avez d'excellentes connaissances du Néerlandais
