**Technical IT Operations Professional**

Siemens Healthineers Belgium is looking to hire an IT Service Technical for our office in Groot-Bijgaard (Dilbeek). Our new colleague will be a part of a wider Service Management and Regulatory team with app 25 colleagues located in major countries in EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa).

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Service Management
- Ticket handling for local support
- IT service Desk, complaints and escalations
- End user Support for Belgium
- Perform country infrastructure support
- On/Off Boarding of users
- Configuration support
- Install/uninstall computer and mobile clients
- Hardware Failure: Diagnose, Support & Coordination
- Forward for Break fix
- Coordinate IT Infrastructure support in Belgium
- Manage country support concepts based on EMEA Standards
- Manage External vendors
- Coordinate “In Business” IT Contacts
- “Housekeeping”, right size Infrastructure service consumption
- Asset management
- Lifecycle support
- Inventory control
- HW catalogue
- Contribute to knowledge management
- IT Infrastructure Projects
- Roll out of centrally defined projects to Zone and countries
- Act as interface to central project team
- Perform Country tasks
- Manage IT Consumables
- Display, keyboards, mice, headsets, etc
- Mobile Voice subscription: Management & support, in collaboration with Procurement

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor/master degree in IT or equivalent
- Valuable experience min 2 years in similar position
- Fluent Level in Dutch, French and English
- Experience managing development of project for a lot of users, timeline, scope.
- Experience managing IT inventory
