**Een greep uit je takenpakket**:
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Of het nu klachten, meldingen of vragen zijn: je zorgt dat ze allemaal naar prioriteit worden geregistreerd, beantwoord en opgelost op een tijdige en professionele manier.
- Je neemt deel aan Problem Solving Sessions en onderzoekt hoe we onze diensten kunnen verbeteren
- Je ondersteun de collega’s van sales en crediteurenbeheer bij administratieve opvolging
**Profiel**
**Wat moet je kennen en kunnen?**
- Je hebt een diploma van middelbaar onderwijs en enige ervaring in Customer Service
- Vanzelfsprekend ben je zeer bedreven in zowel commerciële communicatie als administratieve procedures en follow-up
- Je bent een uitstekende, multitaskende organisator
- Je bent leergierig en in staat proactief naar oplossingen en verbeteringen te zoeken
- Je bent een uitgesproken teamspeler en houdt het hoofd koel, ook onder druk
- Je wil graag werken in een multiculturele omgeving en die te waarderen
- Je bent ten allen tijde toegewijd om de klant op een professionele, passende en empathische manier van dienst te zijn
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
