Als ploegverantwoordelijke organiseer je het productieproces in jouw ploeg en spring je bij indien nodig
- Na een inwerkingsperiode ben je perfect op de hoogte van alle uit te voeren taken en kan je de machines vlot bedienen
- Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega’s met het oog op het uitvoeren van de productieplanning
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en toepassing van de kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsprocedures in de fabriek
- Het onthaal en de opleiding van medewerkers behoort eveneens tot jouw takenpakket

**Wat wij van jou vragen**:

- Je hebt reeds een relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en je bent een problemsolver
- Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en schrikt er niet voor terug om zelf mee te werken waar nodig
- Je kan vlot werken met de courante software
- Je beschikt over de nodige leidinggevende en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je bent bereid in een twee
- of drieploegenstelsel te werken
- Ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen is een pluspunt
- Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven
