**Oracle Database Administrator for Personnel Management Information System**

**Working Location**: Brussels, Belgium.

**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:

- 10+ years’ experience in Oracle Database Administration, including multitenant database versions like Oracle Database19c.
- Excellent knowledge on Oracle Fusion Middleware, including Oracle Weblogic 12.2.
- Practical experience with Oracle Linux 7.9.
- Highly experienced in the installation of the 3 monthly CPU patches on the complete Oracle stack.
- Experience with installation and administration of Oracle Application Express (Apex).
- Experience in all stages of an IT implementation project: Business and Technical Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Support.
- Ability to analyze and review business procedures and change requests, and recommend and implement changes to the business processes and functional system setup.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL for troubleshooting needs and to address support assistance.
- Development experience with technologies Oracle Forms and Reports to support troubleshooting.
- Ability to develop Oracle Application Express (Apex) modules.
- Have computer and local area network skills and be conversant with office support tools (MS Office. Professional current version) tied to an MS Windows operating system environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Prime focus on customer and end user satisfaction.

**Desirable Qualifications/Experience**:

- French speaking skills.

**DUTIES/ROLE**:

- Work under the guidance and supervision of the NATO Service Manager.
- Resolve functional and technical incidents and service requests as reported.
- Implement system changes and patches as approved, to include all required activities (analysis, development, testing, documentation, deployment etc.)
- Provide knowledge transfer to staff of the Organization.
- Any other related duties as required and assigned.
