Als Supply Chain/Operations stagiair bij Jacobs Douwe Egberts word je geïntegreerd in het Belux Operations team en maak je deel uit van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de planning en uitvoering van technische service op onze koffiemachines (B2B). Dit geeft je de inzichten over hoe we key service leveren aan onze klanten Wij creëren opmerkelijke klantervaringen via onze diensten

**Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je wordt actief geïntegreerd in het Planning (Dispatching) & installatie team waar je gevraagd wordt om een ondersteunend lid te zijn en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen op sommige taken.
- Deze stage is voornamelijk een werkstage om werkervaring op te doen en geen onderzoeksstage.
- Gesprekken aanmaken in het systeem op basis van input van klanten.
- Een deel van de taken zal operationeel zijn (60%), bijvoorbeeld het ondersteunen van het team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden:

- Contact opnemen met technici in het veld over hun planning
- Het logistieke team ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse controle en opvolging van de dagelijkse operationele routines
- Ondersteuning van het team in cross-functionele initiatieven om problemen aan te pakken
- Ondersteuning bij de planning van installaties en de uitrol van projecten
- Orders indienen van ontwerp tot in behandeling
- Het tweede deel van de taken (40%) bestaat uit het gebruiken van de ervaring uit de operationele activiteiten om verbeteringsvoorstellen te doen, zowel binnen de functie als cross-functioneel binnen operations.
- Je wordt gevraagd om een aantal dagen met het field team in het veld mee te gaan naar klanten om de business en behoeften vanuit het veld beter te begrijpen.

Functie-eisen
- Je bent een enthousiaste **student **met een bijpassende bedrijfskundige achtergrond en bij voorkeur een passie voor supply chain of operations.
- Je stage is een verplicht onderdeel van je studie.
- Je bent een teamspeler met sterke communicatieve & analytische vaardigheden.
- Je werkt pro-actief, neemt ownership van je eigen projecten en deadlines, en bent resultaatgericht.
- Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans en spreekt vloeiend Engels.
- ** Je bent beschikbaar voor minstens 4 tot 6 maanden vanaf september/oktober.**:

- Je stage is een verplicht onderdeel van je studies.
