**Job Title: Restaurant Floor Manager**
- Mission_: Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant floor and cocktail bar by supervising the service staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and contributing to the business development activities.
- Responsibilities:_
- **Personnel Management**:_
Recruitment, training, and supervision of floor staff.
Scheduling work hours according to operational needs.
Monitoring individual and team performance, coaching, and staff evaluation.
- **Customer Service**:_
Ensure warm and professional customer greetings.
Ensure service is conducted according to quality standards and established procedures.
Resolve customer problems and complaints effectively and amicably.
- **Operational Management**:_
Supervision of setting up the dining area and bar before service.
Quality control of dishes and drinks served.
Management of stocks and orders for products necessary for the smooth operation of the restaurant floor and bar.
- **Commercial Development**:_
Contribution to the development of strategies to increase revenue.
Promotion of special offers, events, and promotions to attract customers.
Creating a pleasant and friendly atmosphere to build customer loyalty.
- **Required Skills**:_
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Thorough knowledge of food products, beverages, and service techniques.
Customer-oriented, with a professional and friendly attitude.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with international staff and clientele.
Proficiency in an additional language is an asset, particularly in a multicultural context where clientele may come from diverse backgrounds.
- **Qualifications**:_
High school diploma required.
Training in restaurant management, hospitality, or business administration is a plus.
Certification in food hygiene and alcohol service (according to local requirements).
Working Conditions:
Variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Dynamic and sometimes stressful work environment.
Possibility of standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate loads.
