Depuis son lancement en 2005, les missions de la Fondation Registre du Cancer sont de plus en
- plus nombreuses et constituent aujourd’hui un réseau complet et qualitatif pour l’enregistrement du
- cancer ; de même que pour les recherches pathologiques dans le cadre du dépistage précoce du
- cancer du col de l’utérus, du sein et du côlon.
- Au sein de la Fondation, l’équipe ‘Data collection & processing’ s’occupe d’une part de la collecte
- des données des programmes de soins en oncologie au sein des hôpitaux et des laboratoires
- d’anatomopathologie et d’autre part, du traitement et du contrôle de qualité de ces données. De
- plus, il collabore avec les autres teams et départements comme ‘Projets d’enregistrement’ et
- ‘Recherches’, en soutien aux divers projets au sein du Registre du Cancer.**Fonction**

En tant que datamanager, ta tâche principale consiste au contrôle de qualité syntaxique et
- sémantique des données collectées, de leur traitement et de leur codage. En fonction de tes
- compétences et des besoins au sein du Registre, tu t’occuperas également du traitement des
- données d’enregistrement du cancer et/ou du traitement des données collectées dans le cadre du
- dépistage précoce du cancer du col de l’utérus, du sein et du côlon.- Gestion et traitement des fichiers électroniques remis par différentes sources, tels que les

programmes de soins en oncologie des hôpitaux, les laboratoires de pathologie et les
mutualités.
- Contrôle de qualité des données.
- Recoder, si nécessaire, les données sur base des informations existantes dans les

rapports de pathologie ou les protocoles médicaux selon leurs
classifications existantes.
- Collaborer à la rédaction de rapports feedback aux sources sur la

qualité de leurs données.
- Collaborer à la préparation technique des rapports et brochures.
- Aide aux projets d’enregistrement spécifiques et/ou de recherches dans le cadre du

contrôle de qualité et/ou du codage des données.
À long terme et après une évolution positive, vous pourrez être impliqué dans d’autres tâches.

**Profil
- Vous avez de préférence un diplôme universitaire master (ex. : sciences biomédicales,

biologie, bio-ingénieur, ) ou un baccalauréat (en soins infirmiers, formations
paramédicales, )
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la terminologie médicale. La connaissance de

l’anatomie, de l’hématologie et/ou de l’oncologie est un atout.
- Vous avez un intérêt pour le travail bureautique; vous maîtrisez bien les logiciels courants,

principalement Excel (macros). Une connaissance en base de données est un atout.
- Vous aimez utiliser les systèmes de classification,
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du Français et une bonne connaissance de base du
- Néerlandais (parler et écrit), ainsi que des notions de base en Anglais.- La connaissance passive de la terminologie médicale en Néerlandais est un atout,
- Vous avez le sens de l’ordre et savez travailler minutieusement,
- Vous êtes flexibles et êtes ouverts à différentes tâches,
- Vous avez une attitude positive, êtes dynamique et faites preuve d’assertivité saine.
