Auxility offers **support to companies in all market sectors** in managing their **Microsoft IT infrastructure and end-user environment**. This both in terms of **long-term or short-term consultancy**, ad hoc support, whether or not monitored, and according to customized contracts. The possibilities are endless

**Who are we looking for?**:
We are looking for a motivated Technical Lead who is responsible for the following tasks:

- Leading a team of technical experts and acting as a mentor and coach for their professional development.
- Design, implement and maintain advanced infrastructure solutions for customers, taking into account their specific requirements and business objectives.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support in the execution of audits to ensure the performance, security and compliance of the infrastructure.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including advising customers and preparing technical proposals.

**Knowledge**

You have (partly or not) knowledge of the following technologies or at least a strong interest in learning about them:

- Windows Client OS
- Windows Server OS + server roles
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Office 365
- Microsoft 365
- Security (Defender, SEP, Trendmicro,..)
- Storage (SAN), Online storage (Dropbox, OneDrive for Business)
- Backup & Archive
- Cloud (Azure)
