SPA has an immediate need for a Expert Application Migration Analyst to provide contracting services to NATO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization among existing and future NATO Enterprise IT provider proposals
- Identify roles and responsibilities (RACI) for all cloud proposals (migrations and support).
- Assess the impact of cloud migration on our current SLA with the NHQ IT infrastructure services provider, the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA).
- Analyse security policies and their impact on cloud migration initiatives and their accreditations, with the support of our IT Architects
- Review and validate NCIA‐provided options for compliance with the requirements
- Produce a business case detailing each option with a SWOT analysis including among others cost, timelines, risks and issues to support ICTM Management decisions
- Engage closely with NCIA to propose and establish details of the migration solution options (involve potential other project stakeholder as advisors)
- If deemed required, support the migration activities

Qualifications:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience supporting complex migration programs, within a highly regulated and governed environment
- Significant knowledge in IT security, also for cloud based solutions
- Significant knowledge in cloud services management and costing
- Project management/coordination/costing experience
- Strong ability to work in a team and transfer knowledge to internal staff
- Persistence in moving activities forward
- Cloud certifications strongly recommended.
- National of one of the 30 NATO countries
- In possession of an active National and/or NATO Secret security clearance
