**Organization description**:
- Collaborate in the establishment of annual budgets and forecasts, as well as the development of five-year plans.
- Participate in the establishment of the annual activity program.
- Ensure the introduction and consistency of budgets in financial systems.
- Monitor the budget of assigned activities with budget managers.
- Create dashboards and performance analyses.
- Manage investments for assigned projects, including tracking investment projects with project managers and managing investments in financial systems.
- Participate in the implementation of internal control processes (budget control, purchase orders, creation of master data, etc.) and financial risk management.
**Our offer**:
- Degree in economics, finance, actuarial science, or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Financial or Business controller in the insurance sector.
- Knowledge of financial norms (BE GAAP / IFRS) and tools (Excel / SAS / VBA)
- Strong skills in financial analysis and risk management.
- Experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- In-depth knowledge of financial systems and internal control processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- French or Dutch native speaker with a good understanding of the other language.
