We are looking for

**Store Manager Antwerp**

to support our Team. (ID 27762)

**Role Overview**:
As the Store Manager of our Esprit Antwerp store, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the store. Your leadership and strategic thinking will drive sales, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain the store's visual merchandising standards. You will manage a dedicated team, foster a positive work environment, and uphold the Esprit brand ethos.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and teamwork.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development.

Sales and Business Performance:

- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure that every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience that aligns with the Esprit brand values.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Train and empower the team to provide excellent customer service.

Visual Merchandising and Store Operations:

- Maintain the store's visual standards to create an engaging and appealing shopping environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, policies, and security measures.

Staff Development and Training:

- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills of the team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among staff members.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve individual and team performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail fashion industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office Suite.
