In order to support the growth of our Finance Department, we are currently looking for a **Consolidation Supervisor **to** **join our Team.

**Function**:

- You are part of the Finance department and **report directly to the Head of Finance** ;
- You have a central role within the team and are responsible for **collecting data from our affiliates in Africa**. You also play a very active role in **analyzing monthly reports, explaining gaps, management KPIs and annual budgets together with country controllers ;**:

- You **prepare consolidated packages for budgets and forecasts** ;
- You provide ad hoc consolidation of affiliates data ;
- You manage monthly consolidation calendar ;
- You are in charge of **monthly consolidated reporting of SMT Africa** as well as monthly analysis to provide to the Management committee ;
- You participate in **annual closing** exercise together with the financial team and the auditors ;
- You participate in the **continuous improvement of processes** and management control of all activities of SMT Africa.

**Profile**:

- You hold a university degree within **Finance/Accounting/Audit** ;
- You already have a** minimum of 7 years’ professional experience** as auditor, financial analyst, business analyst or controller ;
- You have a first **experience working within a Group with Interco’s** ;
- Experience with IFRS, BEGAAP or any consolidation tool is nice to have ;
- You are fluent in **French and English** ;
- You have good working knowledge of MS Office suite and **Excel** has no secrets for you ;
- You are able to **work independently** but you have a team spirit ;
- You have excellent numerical and analytical skills ;
- You are rigorous, persistent and flexible ;
- You are passionate about Africa’s development.
