Voor onze klant gelegen in Gent, een toonaangevende wereldspeler in kunststofverwerking. Zijn wij opzoek naar een Financial Accountant.

Deze organisatie met twee vestigingen in Gent en Eke, is uitgegroeid tot een omgeving van een 220-tal collega’s, dit team ontwikkelt al meer dan 50 jaar een indrukwekkend gamma aan kunststof verpakkingen voor klanten uit diverse sectoren.

**Functie**
- In tandem met de Financial Controller voer je de boekhouding uit van de productievestiging in Eke. Deze zal wel gebeuren vanuit de vestiging in Gent.
- Jij bent het aanspreekpunt in functie van finance gerelateerde zaken voor leveranciers: inboeken/verwerken van facturen en uitgaande betalingen, zorgen voor een goede documentenflow, opvolging van CAPEX, controleren van aanmaningen...
- Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klantenportefeuille m.b.t. financiële zaken:

- Controleren van prijzen/hoeveelheden
- Facturatie van uitgaande goederen en diensten volgens de klantafspraken
- Opvolgen van intercompany doorrekeningen
- Inboeken van inkomende betalingen
- Je staat in voor het cash management - bancair van de productievestiging.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de BTW formaliteiten van de vestiging, waaronder het optijd indienen van intrastat/prodcom statistieken.
- Je draagt je steentje bij in de algemene reporting binnen de financiële dienst.

**Profiel**
- Je behaalde een bachelor diploma accountancy/fiscaliteit. Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (liefst binnen een productieomgeving) geeft jou alvast een streepje voor op andere kandidaten.
- Kennis inzake BTW is een must.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig, met een goede kennis van Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk); kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent accuraat, nauwkeurig en zeer cijfermatig. Excel heeft dan ook geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je beschikt over een analytisch denkvermogen.
- Je hebt inzicht in de werking van ERP-pakketten.
- Je bent flexibel in functie van vooropgestelde deadlines i.v.m. maand-, kwartaal
- en jaarafsluiting
