As our Community Manager you will be a strong, uniting and organising force our community of Partners across the world. You'll be responsible for engaging our Partners across various channels, including monthly calls and various conferences, fostering discussions, and exchange of know-how and helping to create and maintain a trusted environment where our Partners feel valued and supported.
This is currently a part-time position with potential for becoming full-time.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Propose and execute strategies to strengthen and engage our community across channels including our own communication platform, conferences, on-line meetings and social media platforms.
- Monitor community conversations, respond to inquiries, and provide timely assistance to community members.
- Facilitate engaging content, including posts, articles, and multimedia materials, to spark discussions and encourage participation.
- Engage with and brief speakers for our various events.
- Analyze engagement and feedback to measure the effectiveness of our community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Comfortable in a small office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships and fostering community growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
