**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As our HR intern, you’ll be part of the Corporate Team, reporting directly to the Head of HR & the Accounting Manager.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Team in a pivotal moment of the company’s development

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will be an active contributor in the HR & Finance department (responsible for HR, Finance, Growth Strategy & Corporate Business Development). Your role will be polyvalent & will cover many topics in both topics
- You will provide efficient administrative support to HR & Finance colleagues
- You will be involve in the Payroll closing and the monthly compensation administration
- You will be involve in Hard HR projects (salary package optimization, policies creation etc).
- Your work will also be cross-functional enabling you to get an overview of what We Invest is all about, on top of gaining real experience in a scale-up company.

- You are eager to learn
- You have a can-do attitude and are passionate about making things happen
- You have strong organizational skills
- You are comfortable with taking initiatives in projects you are working on
- You like the idea of being able to evolve, adjust and question yourself within a feedback culture
- You are fluent in English and French, proficiency in Dutch is a plus

**PRACTICAL INFORMATION**
- Duration: minimum of 3 months (the longer, the better)
- Time period: February 2024
- Location: Hybrid between our Brussels office and working remotely
- Profile: bachelor or master student (preferably in HR, Office management, Accountingfields)
- Interest: participation in the development of a scale-up where you can really have a meaningful impact
